Neubaufahrzeug update

Apologies for the delay with the comparison, there has been a lot to get through but it's almost done.
Hopefully will be posted by the end of the week, it will also include a review of the new Friulmodel Neubaufahrzeug tracks to see how they fit and compare with the kit tracks.
